Return & Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at info@cozeeclean.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@cozeeclean.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: custom or personalized products, personal care items, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have first. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible as orders are processed immediately.

EU Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility conditions apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@cozeeclean.com.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is uncollected and returned to us after 15 days, reshipment will be at the customer's expense.
